Having danced for many years in her childhood, and since watching her daughter develop a love of ballet, Sarah has recently become further interested in pre-pointe training and assessment, shoe fitting, treatment and education of dancers and dance related injuries.
Other areas of interest include:
neck pain and headaches
lumbar-pelvic pain
falls prevention and aged care re-enablement

Sarah seeks to manage each client holistically, providing individualised treatment and education about the body thus enabling increased awareness and self-management.
