Although born and bred in Sydney, Sean is a physiotherapy graduate from Curtin University in Perth and developed a wealth of experience at both the semi-elite and elite levels of sport, working within both the Western Force and NSW Waratahs rugby systems and South Sydney Rabbitohs pathyways program.
Sean is a strong believer in the implementation of both manual therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation to achieve the highest level of function and has a special interest in:
Running injuries - bone stress, tendon overload
Strength and conditioning, high performance training and return to sport pathways
Shoulder function and rehabilitation
Thorax and lower back dysfunction
Over the years Sean has continued to feed his thirst for knowledge and regularly attends lectures and professional development courses of which he enjoys applying to his practice as a physiotherapist.
He has completed x3 marathons and is currently in training for the UTA100 in 2025 so fully understands the wear and tear endurance running can place on the body.
Currently Sean works as Team Physiotherapist for:
NRL - South Sydney Rabbitohs - Jersey Flegg 2024-2025
Super Rugby - NSW Waratahs Rugby Union U18 squad - 2022-24
